We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on beautygrass.com will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days for standard orders, and 1 business day for expedited orders. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Orders cannot be cancelled once it’s shipped.
BeautyGrass is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the US. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our carriers currently does not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.
We are not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
Order Billing, Cancellations or Modifications
Upon confirming your order, BeautyGrass will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase (plus applicable sales tax and shipping) to verify your billing address and credit card information. The pre-authorization will be removed from your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Beautygrass.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase when your order is fulfilled.

Order Status & Modifying Orders
Before placing your BeautyGrass order, you’ll be able to view the contents and the total amount in your cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Order Has Been Placed" status. Your order is then processed to be shipped within 1-2 business days.
We’ll do our best to make any order modifications or cancellations. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do. However, once the order has been fulfilled for shipment, we can’t honor any changes.

We want you to love our products as much as we do and if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase we will provide a refund/exchange for any products on beautygrass.com within 30 days of purchase. Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note: Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Feel free to email us your order number to email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
If you purchased a BeautyGrass product from one of our retailers and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.
If you were gifted a BeautyGrass product, we will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
